Based in Calicut, Kerala, Build World brings together an experienced team, practical engineering knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining quality throughout every stage of construction. A Vision That Became a Legacy
Build World began with a simple vision. During a vacation, Er. Feroz Kalathil was inspired by his mother’s advice to use his skills for the betterment of his homeland. That thought eventually brought him together with Mr. Abdul Muneer, a like-minded visionary who shared the same ambition.
Together, they turned that shared vision into Build World — a company built on knowledge, dedication, and purpose.
Over the years, Build World has grown through hands-on experience, technical expertise, and exposure to projects across different markets. Today, that experience continues to shape the way we work, helping us create spaces that are practical, well-built, and suited to the people who use them.

Er. Feroz Kalathil
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Er. Feroz Kalathil is the CEO and Co-Founder of Build World Constructions Pvt. Ltd., with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His professional experience includes involvement in major projects such as the Makkah Haram Masjid and the American Consulate in Jeddah, KSA, as well as the Shifa Al-Jazeera Medical Center in Sharjah, UAE. His experience continues to shape Build World’s approach to quality, precision, and responsible execution. His leadership and technical background continue to guide the team in maintaining high standards throughout the construction process.
